Returns & Exchanges

 Return Policy: 

All sales are final. No cash/card refunds. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email lindasbeautysupply@gmail.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve any issues. No Exchanges are offered except in select cases for damaged, unopened goods. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system.

 Shipping:

Shipping costs will be added to your cart at time of purchase. Linda's Beauty Supply uses USPS via Shopify to fulfill customer orders. Shipping address must match Billing address or the order will be cancelled. We only ship to residential addresses, unless contacted in advance. 

Customers may request "in-store pickup" or alternate shipping methods if required. However, we cannot always guarantee alternate shipping methods will be available and will select what we believe is most appropriate to ship your beauty supplies & hair care goods.

Note during COVID-19: All sales are marked as "final" during the COVID-19 outbreak. All sales are marked as final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We thank you for your understanding.
