Returns

  • No cash/card refunds
  • Wigs, ponytails, makeup, tools, accessories, and chemical goods (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, etc.) are all final sale

Exchanges

  • Hair extensions, bulk hair, and crochet hair may be brought back for exchange or store credit (must be in original condition, within 7 days, with receipt)
  • Exchanges or store credit without a receipt will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Gift Cards & Exchanged credit are only accepted if issued via Linda's Beauty Supply.

Shipping
Shipping costs will be added to your cart at time of purchase. Linda's Beauty Supply uses USPS via Shopify to fulfill customer orders. Customers may request "in-store pickup" or alternate shipping methods if required. However, we cannot always guarantee alternate shipping methods will be available and will select what we believe is most appropriate to ship your beauty supplies & hair care goods.

Customers are responsible for "Return Shipping" costs in the event of a return or exchange. Orders purchased through PayPal may qualify for complimentary return shipping through PayPal.

 

Note during COVID-19: All sales are marked as "final" during the COVID-19 outbreak. All sales are marked as final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We thank you for your understanding.
